Our contribution to the TRanSLIT consortium involves the development of ROBO-SLIT activation signatures from transcriptomic profiles obtained on diverse sampling methods for direct a clinical application.

Partner 3

Expertise

Partner 3 is a pancreatic cancer research group building on the synergy between anatomopathology (Jérôme Cros) and computational cancer biology (Rémy Nicolle). Our group focuses on the intra-patient heterogeneity of pancreatic adenocarcinoma as well as the intralesion heterogeneity and plasticity, both in neoplastic and preneoplastic tumors. Our contribution to the TRanSLIT consortium involves the development of ROBO-SLIT activation signatures from transcriptomic profiles obtained on diverse sampling methods for direct a clinical application.
